Happy New Year from the Goffs!

(p.s.: 1 year olds are hard to photograph! :)

"They that trust in the Lord shall be as Mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever. AS the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the Lord is round about his people from henceforth even for ever." Psalm 125:1-2

"I will remember the works of the Lord; surely I will remember thy wonders of old. I will meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy doings. Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary; who is so great a God as our God? Thou art the God that doest wonders; thou hast declared thy strength among the people. Thou hast with thine arm redeemed thy people...Selah." Psalm 77:11-15

~~We are looking forward to what the Lord has in store for us this year. All we can say is that "Hitherto hath the Lord helped us." Several exciting things (that we know of) will be happening this summer, Lord willing. My sister, Krista, and George Ochenjele will be entering the ranks of married couples in June. July 4th (ca.) is the EDD of our 2nd baby in the Goff family.~~~

Christmas Day

We spent Christmas Day at my Uncle Dwayne's and Aunt Therese's. We enjoyed the gifts of family, food, and fellowship. It was a surprise to see my Uncle Jim, Aunt Ann, Melissa, Julie and Jaimee from Ohio---they decided to hop in the car and come down at the last minute!

Most importantly, we are reminded of the best Gift the world has ever been given: our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

"For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God saying, "Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace, good will to men."

Christmas Eve Evening at Grandma Janeen's:

Grandma Janeen and Poppa Lou hosted a fun evening on Christmas Eve! The gift of family is a blessing...especially this time of year! Talk about some cute kids, huh?!

Christmas Eve....

Christmas Eve Day Dinner was held at Grandpa Max and Grandma Bobbie's House. They are famous in our family for their gracious hospitality, many laughs, great memories, and, of course, delicious food! Uncle Bruce, Aunt Lisa, Ashton and McKenzie were visiting from MO and Cousins: Jim and Carla McIntire and their adorable children from Rockford, IL. 7 week old, Braydon, was one of the major highlights too!!
