New Little GIRL Cousin coming in April!

I'm elated to announce that I'm going to be an Auntie of a little girl!! I'm so excited! She'll be the little rose among the thorns when my little wild boys are around.

Serving Hearts and Hands~

It would be impossible to name all the various servants who gave of their time, words, prayers, hands, and finances to make the camp happen. It is a blessing to see the body of Christ working together. These people, the Lord will reward...

"Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labor of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father." 1 Thess 1:3

This was my prayer for the camp:
"Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ...that ye stand fast in ONE spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel. And in NOTHING terrified by your adversaries..." Phil. 1:27

Father Son Camp 2007

This year's Father/Son Camp was an exciting event! The camp was blessed to have some great speakers share testimonies and truths from the Word of God. It couldn't have been possible without the prayers of many people and the helping hands from willing people. Here are just a few pictures from last weekend. I'll post some more later on.

An Attempt at Family Pictures

Live and Learn!
1. Don't attempt family pictures right after church. The clothes may look nice, but baby is fussy, Samuel wants to run, and Daddy is hungry
2. Adults: don't quit smiling. Maybe 1 picture will happen to turn out if everyone is at least looking the same direction
3. Don't have Max be the entertainer--he'll have Justin cracking up instead of the kids--ha!
4. Don't take the pictures too seriously. In 10 years all the kids will be mature enough to look at the camera and smile--then maybe I can frame one for the house. I'll always remember this attempt of picture taking--a two year old and a 4 month old. Nice combo. What'll we do once we have 4 or 5 little subjects? Maybe individual photos are the way to go. Hmmm
