Justin and I were so excited to learn that our friends, Daniel and Faith, had their 3rd baby early Sunday morning, January 6th. We were especially thrilled to read the email previous to the one containing these pictures. The reason? Daniel was able to get leave for the delivery of their baby! During the birth of their 2nd child, he was connected to Faith via telephone only and they all experienced a traumatic several days as there were some major complications. This time, Faith was again looking toward another birth without Daniel there. Her in-laws flew to Japan to be with her and the children. The other night, she told her MIL that she needed to go to the airport to pick up her "friend". Faith didn't arrive home till midnight that night. After visiting a few minutes with J and R, there was a knock at the door. There stood Faith's "friend" Daniel! Imagine their surprise to see him standing in the doorway when they thought he was somewhere in Iraq!
30 hours later Andrew Jonathan was born! No complications and perfectly healthy! We were SO excited Sunday morning when we woke up to their great news! We had specifically prayed for them the night before that she would have the baby early while Daniel was home! She did! And the amazing thing is that she wasn't due till the 18th.
