"Here are the feet!"

"...children are an heritage of the Lord; and the fruit of the womb is his reward..." Psalm 127:3

"Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus." 2 Tim. 2:1

"My son, keep thy father's commandment, and forsake not the law of thy mother: Bind them continually upon thine heart, and tie them about thy neck.
When thou goest, it shall lead thee; when thou sleepest, it shall keep thee; and when thou awakest, it shall talk with thee.
For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life." Prov. 6

Or Boy???

"Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him: fret not..." Psalm 37:7

--Fav. Wedding Pix--

"Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head to the church, his body, and is himself its Savior...Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her..." Eph. 5

"Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one..."

"Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with promise." Eph. 6

The Relatives...

After the wedding, we spent time with family at my uncle and aunt's house. Samuel is getting his 1st lesson on motor scootering. :)
The "guys" playing basketball.

Isaac and Eva after their encounter with the "frinkler" Good buddies!!

Wanna race, anyone? Sam and Leah, did you coordinate your outfits?

The "girls"--all grown up. We're just missing Krista and Jenn, oh, and Eva. Our family is heavy on girls...but the boys may be making a comeback. :)

Grandma and her siblings from Minnesota.

More girls...

New Bed!!

Good deals always thrill me. This one was no exception. We bought Samuel a new bedroom! A friend of mine was selling her son's bedroom furniture and bedding and gave us 1st dibs to buy it. The furniture is in great shape, good quality--solid and sturdy dark oak, and was a great price! The bedding is adorable--very boyish.

Samuel is thrilled with his new bedroom. Plus, it was perfect timing, since the baby is due anytime. Still don't know whether it's a boy or a girl, but now we have a big boy room, and a nursery for the baby. We may have to redecorate...if baby is a girl. :) That will be fun too!

Samuel stayed up till 10:30 waiting excited for Daddy to finish assembling everything. He has slept 2 nights in his new bed and hasn't fallen out or had to climb in bed with us. He kept saying..."New bed, new bed!" "Thank you, Daddy! Thank you, Mommy!" Wish I would've gotten it on video.

Thanks to Daddy, who was a good sport about putting the bunk beds together.

Full Days~

Wonder what we've been up to since the wedding? We've become a family of 6 (almost 7!) this week. Whew. We haven't been lacking in adventures, accidents, or laughter...and we certainly haven't been lonely! Four children three and under and a very pregnant belly has made life this week very full...and at times...chaotic! Wow! They're good children...just busy. I go from potty patrol to outdoor playground coordinator/referee to disciplinarian. I comfort myself with the thought that it's humanly impossible for me to have 5 children under 3 in real life. :) Now off to go put out some more fires.
Future pianist?!

Nellie leading the song "Come Thou Fount" while accompanying on the piano. :)

Ever tried to get three boys to look at the camera at the same time? Samuel's not looking at me in any of these!

Awww!! He's 15 months.

Snacktime...
Food is what they enjoy most besides playing together. :)

Let's do puzzles!!

~I'm amazed by any woman who has multiples, babysits, or just has a houseful of children. Coming from a big family...you'd think I'd mold right into the big family momma...it's a little more of a challenge than I thought! Hee~
